History

Based on ideas of Ralf Westermann (former Schnieders) in 2003 and prototypical software developments, the project Entwicklung von Werkzeugen für digitale Formen wissenschaftlich-kritischer Musikeditionen—better known as the Edirom project—funded by the DFG started in 2006 with Joachim Veit (@cmvweber), Johannes Kepper (@kepper) and Daniel Röwenstrunk (@roewenstrunk).
